TWIN-SET and I for a casual outfit

It is the fourth and the last outfit but one for Twin-Set contest.

Quarto e penultimo outfit per il Twin-Set contest.

It is less formal, dynamic and very effective. Hipster? Radical chic? Maybe both the things, supposing that there are precise definitions. For example, I have not yet understand what these two vogue words mean exactly.

Meno impegnativo, dinamico e d’effetto. Hipster? Radical chic? Forse entrambe le cose, ammesso che ci siano definizioni precise, io per esempio non ho ancora capito cosa identifichi esattamente questi due termini così tanto di moda.

Moreover, why to cling to boring definitions at all costs? We can be unconventional and chic, isn’t that so? Well, surely,

E poi perchè ancorarsi ad insipide defizioni a tutti i costi? Si può essere anticonvenzionali e chic no? Insomma, una cosa è certa,

trends start in the street and then affect the designers’ creativity. The good old Yves (God rest his soul) was the first to teach it to everybody. Now you will agree with me that the street style is the most photographed one in the fashion weeks.

dalla strada emergono le tendenze, che si riversano poi nella creatività dei designer. Il buon vecchio Yves (pace all’anima sua) lo insegnò a tutti, prima di tutti. E adesso lo stile street è quello più fotografato durante le settimane della moda, ne converrete con me.

Do you know why? Because along the way,  i.e. the street and not necessarily the fashion week street, there is the real life and the mood of people! It is also from this reality that appears the outstanding fiction staged on parades.

E sapete perchè? Perchè per la strada, non necessariamente la street delle fashion week, ma dico per la strada di qualsiasi giorno, c’è la vita vera, l’umore reale che circola! Ed è da questa realtà, che emerge quella strepitosa finzione messa in scena sulle passerelle.

If designers were not inspired by the everyday life, fashion would not be fashionable any more. It will end in a mere neutral show, without any purpose and context.

Se gli stilisti non attingessero dalla vita quotidiana, la moda non sarebbe più di moda. Finirebbe in una mera esibizione asettica, priva di qualunque scopo e contestualizzazione.

This introduction needs to say, that WE ARE the fashion, we might as well dictate it as we like!

Tutto questo intro per dire, che la moda SIAMO NOI, tanto vale dettarla secondo i nostri gusti!

That’s why I like often to change style! For the fourth outfit I chose to mix various proposals, such as the seemingly sequin skirt with a funny overlapping made with a lace tanktop and a sporting jumpsuit! The beanie, the maxi scarf and the black muffs complete my youthful and irreverent look.

Ecco perchè mi piace cambiare spesso stile!Per il quarto outfit ho scelto di mixare varie proposte, come la gonna apparentemente serale sequined con una divertente sovrapposizione realizzata con la canotta in pizzo e una sportiva jumpsuit! Il beanie, la maxi sciarpa e i manicotti black completano il look rendendolo sbarazzino e irriverente.
